Jared Stewart - Parish Administrator
A rare fifth-generation resident of Charlotte, Jared has served local churches as a minister and in administrative roles in the Church of God and Assemblies of God denominations. More recently, before coming to Church of the Apostles, Jared embraced the beauty and rootedness of the Anglican way and became a lay member of Good Shepherd Anglican in Cornelius, where he enjoyed serving as a prayer intercessor and participating in the community of the church. He cares that people experience church to be a life-giving community where they not only find belonging to Christ and to each other but are also nourished through Scripture and common prayer, the sacraments, and the continuing work of the Holy Spirit today.

Savannah McAffrey - Chief Musician
Savannah is a mother, a wife, and a life long worshipper. She currently hails from Concord, NC. She is North Carolina raised, spending most of her childhood on a small town farm, and this place has her heart. She is following in the footsteps of her parents who have served in some form of ministry her entire life. She’s been leading worship since she was 14, and has always loved making space for people to commune with God. Beauty and the arts are a vital part of a life connected to the Spirit, and Savannah finds it a great joy and privilege to serve the body of Christ with music.
When she’s not singing in church, you can find Savannah enjoying her family and friends, hiking in the mountains, eating good food, or in her other job as a photographer.
