A Daily Prayer Guide for Epiphany

We put together this daily prayer guide for the season of Epiphany. It is designed to be a “middle way” between the Family Prayer option in The Book of Common Prayer, which some find to be too short, and the full office of Morning and Evening Prayer, which some find to be too long. May God use it to cause the light of the gospel to shine in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. (2 Cor. 4:6)

Almighty God, whose Son our Savior Jesus Christ is the light of the world: Grant that your people, illumined by your Word and Sacraments, may shine with the radiance of Christ’s glory, that he may be known, worshiped, and obeyed to the ends of the earth; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who with you and the Holy Spirit lives and reigns, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
